  well idk if a smartphone is a brand or just what you want idk a brand of verizon t-mobile phone but there is a tracphone from target that you can get for 50 bucks and its a pay as you go phone i have one and it works great!

  Palm Centro!!! its the latest from palm and it has all the same features as the older models (touch screen, excel, windows, software, usb) but much smaller. Im not sure the price verizon offers, but i know at sprint their $150 out the door with a $50 mail in rebate. Good luck!

  try getting a htc 5800 or a LG Rumor form Solo Mobile. You can get the phone for no extra cost if you sign up on a 3 year contract.
